ProNet will accept returns of new unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase by following these simple procedures. No RA is needed. Using a sturdy carton or mailer, return package via insured US Mail or other parcel carrier of your choice. Include a copy of the invoice inside the package with the product being returned. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please include the complete name/address/contact information. Send returns to: ProNet Inc. 910 N. If your merchandise was incorrectly shipped by ProNet, the cost of returning the incorrectly supplied product will be reimbursed.
